Stan Guzik is the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer of S&P Global Platts. Stan is responsible for Platts’ Technology Vision and Strategy. He has transformed the organization into a digital first data company and is passionate about technology and culture shaping to help organizations accelerate their vision to value.

Prior to joining S&P Global Platts, Stan served as Managing Director of Software Engineering for Ipreo where he was responsible for the technology vision and strategy for a portfolio of software and data products serving the primary capital markets, corporate investor relations, and market intelligence/surveillance.

Stan comes from an entrepreneurial background. He was Partner and CTO of a company that was acquired by Thomson Reuters. Over his 10+ years at Thomson Reuters, he built ONESOURCE into the leading global tax platform servicing MNCs and accounting firms.

Stan holds a MS in Information Systems and a BS in Computer Science. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a holds several technology certifications. Stan is also a published author on Application Security and was president and founder of OWASP NYC.
